The Soviet F1 Hand Grenade is based on the French F1 Grenade. Due to it's shape, it's nicknamed as little-lemon. The F1 Grenades only appear in Medal of Honor: Allied Assault expansion packs Spearhead and Breakthrough. It's the standard frag grenade for the Soviet troops.

The F1 grenade is only available in the last mission as one of the few starting weapons. The F1 in-game functions as any other frag grenade. The amount the player has is limited and there is no way to replenish them. In Breakthrough it returns but only in the Multiplayer as a standard issued grenade for the Soviet characters, although it can be used in singleplayer by using cheat code for all weapons.
