Medal of Honor bursts back on to the gaming scene in Fall 2010. This is the trailer that premiered during the SPIKE TV Video Game Awards on Saturday, December 12th.

- This trailer features a lot of things that were changed in the final game.
- The first instance is during the gameplay snippet shown for the mission Belly of the Beast. There, the M249 that Dante Adams uses has an EOTech sight instead of the M145 scope.
- The next is where it shows a ATV being driven by Deuce during the day in the mission Running with Wolves... However, the final version of the mission takes place during nighttime.
