In Medal of Honor: Airborne, there are six medals available in the single player campaign. While there are achievements with these medal names, the achievements with those names are related to multiplayer and thus, you will not get the achievement if you get the medal and vice versa.
- Soldiers Medal - Earned by using every weapon in the game
- Legion of Merit - Earned by completing any mission without dying
- WWII Victory Medal - Earned by completing all missions
- Bronze Star - Earned by earning a 5 star rating on all missions in the Casual difficulty
- Silver Star - Earned by earning a 4 star rating on all missions in the Normal difficulty
- Distinguished Service Cross - Earned by earning a 3 star rating on all missions in the Expert difficulty
There are also marksman commendation awards which shows what the upgrade is, apply's the upgrade to the weapon, and allows a period of slow-motion fighting and unlimited ammunition. It is difficult to use this slow-motion sometimes as the weapons upgrades are shown in the middle of the screen.
