Gestapo Officers are members of the Gestapo; an abbreviation for Geheime Staatspolizei or Secret State Police. The Gestapo Officers were recurring enemies in both Medal of Honor and Medal of Honor: Underground.

General description[]
Gestapo Agents wear black Trench Coats with Swastika armbands and Officer Caps, they appear alongside Gestapo Officers and Heer Infantry, and appear as the handlers of Attack Dogs in Sewer Chase. Gestapo Agents will question the player while disguised, asking to see their papers, if the player refuses to show them they will become hostile, Gestapo Agents will only allow the player access if the player has a high enough access level.
Gestapo Agents can be found in the missions Rescue the G3 Officer and Destroy the Mighty Railgun Greta.

Gestapo Officer[]
General description[]
Gestapo Officer wear grey uniforms with Swastika armbands and Officer Caps. Whereas most German infantry may pardon or salute the player while in disguise, Gestapo Officers are more inquisitive and will demand your identity, they now every soldier under their command and will surely blow your cover if they realize your i.d was forged.
They can be found in the missions Rescue the G3 Officer and Destroy the Mighty Railgun Greta. The main objective at the Search the Town level was to eliminate Gestapo officers.

Medal of Honor: Underground[]
Gestapo Agents can be found in the level Amongst the Dead alongside the Vichy French Millice, in this game they no longer wear the Swastika armbands.
Gestapo Officers also appear in the level Sidecar Shootout alongside the Hooded Mountaineers.

Medal of Honor: Frontline[]
In Medal of Honor: Frontline, the Gestapo Officers serve a smaller role than in the previous games as the disguise and access card mechanics became less integrated parts of the game. The Gestapo Officers are occasionally seen alongside squads of Feldgendarmerie soldiers. they can only be found in The Golden Lion and On Track
