Al-Qaeda (Arabic: القاعدة, translation: The Base) is a major antagonist faction in Medal of Honor (2010) and Medal of Honor: Warfighter. They work and fight alongside the Taliban in the game and are rarely referred to by their entire name, being referred to more often as "AQ".
Biography[]
In Medal of Honor (2010), they are composed of Afghan, Arab, and Chechen forces whom the player engages multiple times throughout the campaign.
In Medal of Honor: Warfighter, major Al-Qaeda-affiliated groups are enemy factions in the game, including Abu Sayyaf in the Philippines, Al-Shabaab in Somalia, as well as the Al-Qaeda subdivision, Al-Qaeda in the Arabian Peninsula (AQAP); the latter of which is led by Hassan Rasheed.
Equipment[]
In Medal of Honor (2010), Al-Qaeda Soldiers Outfit is mixture of Arab traditional clothing and casual western cloth (such as blue jeans or check shirts) and tactical pants.
In Medal of Honor: Warfighter, most of AQAP Soldiers outfit is almost the same Perahan tunban outfit used by Inter-Services Intelligence. Some of them the same as ISI agents, while a few others added a little difference of outfit.
