The DTM is a weapon featured in Medal of Honor: Allied Assault: Spearhead. The DTM is a modified version of the Degtyaryov DP machine gun. The DTM is designed to be mounted on tanks and other armored vehicles.

The DTM can be used in the final level of the Berlin campaign where it's mounted on T34 tank. It can be used by pressing the secondary fire button. The DTM has very high damage capable to destroy Flak 88s and Panzerwerfers. It is also very useful against infantry, but DTM has zero effect against tanks.
