EA Digital Illusions CE (EA DICE, or just DICE) is a Swedish video game developer, wholly owned by Electronic Arts, best known for the Battlefield video game series and the Mirror's Edge games.
They developed the Frostbite engine, originally for the Battlefield series. Medal of Honor (2010) was the first game outside of the series to use the engine, as Frostbite 1.5, for its multiplayer mode strictly. The sequel, Medal of Honor: Warfighter, entirely used Frostbite 2.
Currently, EA Los Angeles/Danger Close Games now work under DICE, being known as DICE Los Angeles.
