The Fucile Mitragliatore Breda modello 30 is an Italian mounted machinegun featured only in Medal of Honor: Allied Assault: Breakthrough. The Breda 30 was used by the Italian army during World War 2 and German forces adopted it in small numbers during the Italian Campaign. The Breda 30 was known for being unreliable and poorly designed often jammed during combat. Luckly these aspects dosen't featured in the game.

Medal of Honor: Allied Assault: Breakthrough Edit

The Breda M30 comes in two version in Breakthrough: A mounted and a standalone version. The mounted Breda can only be found in the Sicily campaign and it functions as the same as the MG42 but it has lower rate of fire. The Breda M30 only available in multiplayer if the player installed the 2.40 patch. It replaces the StG-44 for the Italian soldiers. The Breda best used in medium-long range with short bursts. The reload time is very slow so be carefull when you start reloading the weapon. The Breda falls short when it comes to light machine guns since it's overpowered by both the StG-44 and the BAR.
